Being a full brickwork extension of your property, they naturally come at a greater expense than a conservatory. However, it can still often be much more cost effective and less stressful than upsizing to a new property.

Do home extensions require planning permission?
House extensions won’t require a planning permission application providing they adhere to what makes a ‘permitted development’. We can advise of these, as well as building regulations, during our initial design meeting with you at our showroom in Braintree, Essex.
You are welcome to design an extension that goes beyond permitted development rules, but you’ll have to apply to local building authorities. You may also have to apply regardless of size or placement if you live in a conservation area.
Are these extensions secure?
