Cressing Church, Braintree

This beautiful Church, located in the centre of Cressing Village of Braintree had a transformation back in March. Before our magic touch was applied, the Church looked very traditional but dated. In keeping with the other properties within the Village, we modernised the exterior with roofline, cladding and windows. The old uPVC white windows were replaced with black grained casement windows, with a stunning contemporary finish. The front of the building had a specially manufactured cross shaped window.

Roofline Update for Cressing Church, Braintree

The roofline was fully removed and new black grained fascia, soffits and a gel coated black gutter was installed. Using the Marley Eternit concrete cladding boards, the exterior walls were covered leaving the brick piers exposed to give a contrasting effect. The Marley cladding was in a Grey coloured finish with a wooden imprint to imitate wooden cladding. The maintenance-free and striking finish of the Church looks stunning and is a hit with the locals of the village too!
