I have been very impressed with Bluemanor. Thanks go to Connor who explained our options and was professional and courteous throughout. The fitters were excellent, friendly, hardworking and cleaned up nicely. My only criticism would be with the back office staff who seemed reluctant to deal with a minor issue that took a fitter 15 minutes to resolve. On the whole, a positive experience and would definitely recommend.

We have used Bluemanor previously, Connor came to see us for the quote sometime ago and was really nice, Today Anthony and Austin came to fit the new bay window, they turned up early, preparing everything outside before knocking on the door, the carpets and floor were covered up well and they took away the old window, The two guys were really friendly and chatty, worked well as a pair and tidied up at the end of the job, very pleased, thank you.

We've had a great experience from Bluemanor, Connor came to see us and he was really nice, and gave us space and time to make our decision on the composite front door we wanted. Yesterday we had Anthony and Austin over to fit our new front door, they covered the carpet and flooring, took away the old front door, and fitted the new frame and door, taking time to adjust the door for a perfect fit. The guys were really friendly and chatty, and tidied the bulk of the mess made, leaving us with a beautiful new font door. Fantastic job!

I rang Bluemanor to see if they could give me any advice regarding the issue. Within half an hour of calling Austin was round working out the issue!
